Our Junior Chamber membership brings us great personal benefits. It can be the means to the total development of our personalities, and new horizons have been opened up to us. As a member, we learned to do so much more than we would in other associations. In Junior Chamber, a doctor may supervise a school construction project, a businessman may chair a child health project, a mechanic may organize and direct a seminar. In the prime of our lives, we have grasped the opportunity to become persons with real and varied skills.

EVERY MEMBER is accounted for on every major project the LOM does in terms of valuable contribution to the LOM.

While marines are trained so comprehensively before they are thrown to the frontlines for assault missions, we have made it a policy to throw fresh aspirants to the battlefront first for immediate training.

With the BOD, we wanted to animate aspirants right away. Thus, they are given tasks after orientation and put them into action. They will have some failures certainly, we just want to provide the contrast from the start to make them feel the need to grow with JCI.

It was simply amazing how quickly the Local Organization was able to put up activities and seminars relying mainly on passionate determination and sheer synergy working with one another.

We make it a point that a member gets to actively participate in a project to which they are closely associated with so as not to have them alienate themselves and which will allow them to do something that they are very comfortable with.
